- Ambillah daun lidah buaya yang tebal-tebal dan besar-besar.
- Kupas kulitnya sampai kelihatan dagingnya yang berwarna bening dan potong kotak-kotak.
- Cucilah dengan air bersih sampai lendirnya hilang.
- Rendamlah potongan-potongan tadi di dalam air yang sudah diberi kapur sirih selama satu jam.
- Cuci sekali lagi agar bau kapurnya hilang.
- Didihkan air dan masukkan potongan-potongan lidah buaya itu, biarkan sampai mendidih lagi lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
- Buatlah sirup dari air dan gula yang dimasak.
- Tambahkan daun pandan dan masukkan potongan-potongan lidah buaya yang sudah dimasak.
- Agar lebih segar boleh diberikan sedikit perasan jeruk limau.
- Cendol lidah buaya siap dihidangkan !
