Bahan :
– 1 kg lidah buaya.
– 1 kg gula.
– Pandan Wangi / Esen Pandan secukupnya
Cara pembuatan :
– Lidah buaya dipilih yang dagingnya tebal dan dicuci terlebih
dahulu, baru dikupas kulitnya.
– Selanjutnya Lidah Buaya disiram air panas supaya bersih dari
lendir.
– Lidah buaya yang sudah bersih dipotong-potong dan diblender,
kemudian disaring, airnya direbus dengan gula dan api kecil.
– Apabila rebusan sudah mengental, Pandan Wangi / Esen Pandan
dimasukkan.Setelah itu diangkat dan dibiarkan dingin. Setelah dingin baru dimasukkan ke dalam botol yang sudah bersih / steril.
