Bahan :
1/2 kg singkong
1/2 sdt garam
5-7 sdm gula merah sisir
Pandan wangi secukupnya
Kelapa parut utk taburan
Caranya :
– Parut kasar singkong ( dgn parutan keju lubang besar)
– Tambahkan garam dan aduk sampai rata.
– Tambahkan irisan gula merah di bagian tertentu (jangan semuanya)
– Kukus singkong dengan pandan wangi hingga matang.
– Sajikan dengan kelapa parut di atasnya.
