Bahan :
– 1 ikat bayam merah
– 5 siung bawang putih
– 5 siung bawang merah
– 1 cm laos
– 1 buah tomat
– 5 buah cabe rawit
– 5 ekor udang
– Garam secukupnya
– 1/2 sendok kecap manis
– 100 ml air
– 2 sendok makan minyak goreng
Caranya :
1. Cuci Bayam merah, lalu diambil daun dan batang yang muda
2. Kupas bawang merah dan bawang putih, lalu diiris-iris
3. Kupas kulit Udang dan cuci bersih.
4. Cuci laos dan digeprek
5. Cuci tomat lalu dibelah jadi 4 bagian.
6. Siapkan penggorengan di atas kompor, tunggu sampai panas , lalu tuangkan 2 sendok minyak goreng ke dalamnya.
7. Selanjutnya masukkan udang ke dalam penggorengan dan bolak-balik sampai setengah matang (kira-kira 1 menit)
8. Masukkan irisan bawang merah, bawang putih dan laos, aduk-aduk sampai tercampur(kira-kira 1 menit)
9. Masukkan bayam merah yang sudah disiapkan.
10. Masukkan air dan aduk-aduk (kira-kira 5 menit)
11. Masukkan cabe rawit, irisan tomat, kecap manis dan garam.
12. Aduk-aduk sampai semua tercampur.
13. Siap dihidangkan.
