Hal besar adalah series of actions dari hal-hal kecil. Ketika kita melakukan ketiga hal di atas, maka kita akan melakukan hal-hal kecil dengan small mistake. Oleh karena itu, kita perlu memperbaiki apa yang ada di sekitar kita seperti: kebiasaan kita, ucapan kita, apa yang kita fikirkan, dengan siapa kita berinteraksi dan bagaimana cara kita berinteraksi. Semoga hal-hal menakjubkan akan datang seiring dengan continuous improvement…
