I am a Senior Lecturer at STIKOM Surabaya. I am currently working for a research on Next Generation Network project with Telecom New Zealand and Massey University, New Zealand.
I received Bachelor degree from Brawijaya University, Malang, East Java, in 1996 and PhD degree from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, in 2005.
My current research interest are: Internet and network measurement and modeling, network Quality of Service/Experience and Signal processing.
